On Wednesday, 25.01.2023, from 12:00 - 16:00, visitors to IPM ESSEN will have the opportunity to take part in a guided apple tasting at the Artevos stand. Fruit novelties from the Artevos range will be tasted and tested for taste and appearance. In addition, fruit grower and Artevos shareholder Georg Schneider, Der Apfel Schneider from Edingen-Neckarhausen, will provide information on variety details of the individual varieties, such as cultivation behaviour, suitability for organic cultivation, resistance to diseases and pests, ripening times, yield potential, growth vigour and characteristics of the trees, forest hardiness of the wood and blossom, storage and transport capabilities, as well as suitability for fresh consumption and for further processing.
