Vaighai's manufacturing unit is located in Pollachi, India. Pollachi, a bustling town in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, is considered to be the center of coconut and coconut products.

Our production unit has world-class coco coir storage and processing infrastructure, concrete drying plants, best-in-class material handling equipment, skilled workforce, streamlined processes to ensure operational efficiency, and strict quality control frameworks.

In addition, we have outsourced approximately 80+ manufacturing facilities in strategic locations, under the direct supervision of our skilled team of professionals and governed by Vaighai's quality control procedures and framework.

Combining our own and outsourced units, our annual coco peat production capacity is around 250000 CBM (M3).

quality control

At Vaighai we follow industry-leading quality control processes at all stages - washing, drying, sieving and pressing - to ensure consistent quality parameters of Gro-Med Coconut products in all our shipments. Raw coco peat is washed to reduce EC (salinity), a critical parameter for a growing medium. Washed coco peat inventory is also maintained by Awise, which determines root growth and plant stability.

Vaighai is the world's first coco peat manufacturer and exporter to use Mobile Apps and SaaS based portals across all our facilities to capture step-by-step quality parameters - from raw coco peat to compressed washed coco peat as well as logistics status and freight. Details of each shipment. The data is fed into our cloud server, which is then pulled from the core bed for in-depth analysis of each shipment until the cargo is filled into the container.
