The CST 150 is a turntable stretch wrapper. The machine is ergonomically very suitable as a substitute for manual wrapping, which is often heavy and strenuous.
The CST 150 has a turntable with 1650 millimetre diameter and is equipped with a photocell that automatically detects the height of the load. A motorized system a pre-stretch up to 250 per cent. Therefore reducing the amount of film used per wrapped pallet and this allows you to save on costs and contribute to a sustainable production line.
The user friendly control panel allows you to store up to 32 wrapping programs to apply different wrapping methods quickly. The machine makes use of six working methods: up and down, wrapping with top-sheet, only up, only down, in layers and by stacking. The stretch wrapper can be used semi-manual, semi-automatic and with a fixed height.

The term bundling is used for holding products together by means of a rubber band or a Strepper®. The machines that do this are referred to as elastic binders or Elastobinders.
Over the years, we have developed tried and tested technologies, as a result of which our machines are extremely reliable and perform stably in extreme circumstances. Almost all of our binders are available in various specifications and can be fitted with several options. We can also manufacture bespoke systems due to our in-house engineering facility.
Taping is the application of an adhesive tape on, for example, a box or other surface.
Packaging tape can be applied manually, with a table dispenser or with a tape machine. A hand-dispenser is often used for manually applying tape. This is simple, mobile and inexpensive.
It is easier, however, to work with a table dispenser. The cutting length of the adhesive tape can be set in advance, so that the correct length is always dispensed and automatically cut. This results in a saving of tape and time.
With an automatic tape machine it is possible to close thousands of packages per day.
Strapping is the process by which a metal or plastic strap is applied to a product or pallet to bundle, reinforce or attach it to anything.
A handheld device or machine is always required to attach this metal or plastic strap.
In addition to strapping devices, Cyklop has an extensive range of strapping machines. Semi-automatic arc and table machines have been designed for a small amount of boxes to be strapped. If you want to strap large quantities, (fully) automatic machines and installations are available. These machines can be customized.

There are different types of stretch wrappers: the turntable wrapper, arm wrapper, ring wrapper, robot wrapper and the horizontal wrapper. Each type of wrapper has its own specific characteristics.
Which type is most suitable for you depends, amongst other things, on what is being packaged, what the dimensions are, the amount of pallets per day and how heavy the load is. There are even more factors that determine the purchase of the right stretch wrapper.

The AXRO-FQC2 is fitted with an updated “feed-in” mechanism whereby products are still bound properly even in the event of premature bind timing. This unit is also equipped with a knot-release system which controls the release of the knot. This results in minimal pulling to the product and prevents it from incurring any damage. The binder is suitable for manually bundling products such as flowers, tubing and cables, and many other products.
