Tube rail system
Metazet offers a bay wide support system with long, rollformed profiles along the full width of the bay to ensure optimum stability, safety and durability. When you clip our KLEM tube rail brackets between the bay wide supports, this will give you a perfectly spaced tube rail system which guarantees optimum stability. Because of the great variety in crop systems, Metazet supplies its bay wide supports with brackets for all standard crop gutters.

Tube rail support
Because the heating tube is fitted deeply in the bracket, it is given optimum lateral support. It is not fixed with a tube rail strip, which means that expansion and shrinking due to heating of the tube is not curtailed. As a result, the tube rail lies in a straight line, which increases the safety of the tube rail system at your company. Another advantage of not using tube rail strips is the even transport along the tube. This will improve the life span of your transport system.

Custom-made systems
We manufacture tube rail supports for greenhouse tubes with a diameter of 33, 38, 42, 45, 48, 51, 57 and 60 mm. You can decide which centre-to-centre distances, bottom profile length and tube height you require. If you prefer, you can also choose fully closed tubes. In addition, we can supply versions with strips, parker fittings or welding. For the bay wide supports, you can choose from different profiles, which are rollformed in our factory.

Suspended Chain Track
Especially for hanging crops suspended above another crop as a second culti-vation layer or hanging from the ceiling of the processing area, the Suspended Chain track of Metazet is an excellent choice. The Suspended Chain track can be fitted in nearly any existing or new greenhouse. The Suspended Chain track can be custom-made to suit your specific needs and preferences. This includes, for instance, the distance between plants, the number of loops in a greenhouse section, the track length and the working height of the harvesting track. Metazet/FormFlex will design the Suspended Chain Track entirely based on your ideas and conditions.

Benefits and possibilities
Depending on the number of turns, only a single motor unit is needed to control more than 300 meter track. The track can be built in many different ways, while still needing only a small number of engine units. The wear-resistant, durable track guides enclosing the chain make this a very safe and reliable system. Because it is possible to lower the Track when it is working, all the work on this second cultivation layer can be done in one place. This leads to increased safety for people and crop as well as a considerable reduction in labour. Nearly all pot sizes can be hung in the Suspended Chain Track, so that plants can be in different stages of development. It is of course possible to suspend the plants at several heights in the track using extension hooks. Our extensive control unit is easy to install and makes it possible to water the plants automatically.

To save costs, this system has been designed in such a way that you can install it yourself. Of course you can also choose to leave installation to us.

Spray less and better
In modern IPM all components have to be perfect to be able to meet the required target. Ultra violet technology: combating mould without chemicals!
Micothon has developed the flora UVc concept especially for combating mildew in rose cultivation. You can use this simple, state-of-the-art technology to inexpensively and safely combat mildew.

M-Track
The M-Track system of Metazet is an internal transport system based on an induction-driven truck. Harvesting trolleys are coupled to the truck, so that they can be transported within the company. The sensor follows the predetermined route by means of an induction wire. This route can be set with virtually no limitations, and it can be entered optionally by means of a touchscreen on the control panel.

Simulation
Our modern design technology enables us to create a M-Track simulation in a drawing of your greenhouse or processing area. Any desired or present processing line can be included. This enables us to create the perfect layout for your business together with you.

Technology and safety
The M-Track is a strong, powerful truck with robust, solid tires. It can be operated either automatically or manually. Its speed has been limited for safety reasons. The safety bumper in combination with the laser scanners ensure that it stops as soon as there is an obstacle in front of the trolley.

Possibilities
Since there are almost no limits on possible routings, the M-Track system is very suitable for combining with other logistic systems. Examples of these include unloading units and tipping units. Buffer controls and the control of automatic doors also belong to the possibilities. Metazet/FormFlex offers for any crop and any system a suitable harvesting trolley.

Hoisting Systems
Metazet/FormFlex has also gained years of experience with hoisting systems. Metazet has precisely the right product for everything that needs hoisting in the greenhouse. Not only for the traditional growing tube hoisting systems but also for the hoisting of lamps, tube rail systems, bay wide supports, gutters and crop wires. Virtually any greenhouse, old or new, is suitable for fitting a hoist. Metazet provides detailed drawings for correct installation, which means that you can install the system yourself if required.

Hoisting system for cut flowers/ornamental plants
The Metazet hoisting systems for cut flowers/ornamental plants combines two functions in one. The plants are optimally supported and the heating tubes ‘grow’ together with the plants. Hoisting systems are used mainly for the cultivation of chrysanthemums, freesias and lisianthus.

Crop heating
To position the heating system for your crop at the right place and close to the plant or crop Metazet supplies the hoistable crop heating system. The height of the growth tube can be varied using a driven hoisting shaft, either separately or in an A or J hook, or mounted on a girder. This serves to ensure that the heating system ‘grows’ together with your crop so that you can make optimum use of the heating and stimulate the growth of your crop. 

Customized cultivation gutter system
Metazet supplies a complete range of gutters for the cultivation of flowers and plants. In close cooperation, we can supply the perfect gutter for your growing conditions. Each gutter is available in different sizes, which means that we can fully adapt them to your requirements.

Metazet and Horti-Innovations have been working in partnership for many years. Horti-Innovations concentrates primarily on the development of variants of and accessories for Danish trolleys and CC containers. Danish trolleys have been indispensable in the horticulture sector for decades. Chain Track system
The Chain Track system is an internal transport system which is ideally suited for glasshouse horticulture. It is a fully automated system for transporting full and empty harvesting trolleys to the locations determined by you. This primarily mechanical system, which is very user-friendly and lowmaintenance, produces immediate, considerable savings in labour costs. The Chain Track also eliminates a large part of your physical efforts and those of your employees. The Chain Track system is designed, installed and commissioned in-house by Metazet/FormFlex. Chain Tracks can be installed in existing greenhouses as well as in new ones.

Routing and options
The Chain Track system can be fitted with turn wheels, which means that it can also be installed in greenhouses with a T junction or in nurseries with several greenhouses and a processing area in the centre. The Chain Track can of course be integrated seamlessly into your current processing unit. We can also fit the trolleys with a trolley recognition system. A wide range of applications are possible, which we will be pleased to discuss with you.

Electric carts
As well as automatic transport systems such as the chain track or the induction-driven M-Track, Metazet/FormFlex also supplies a comprehensive range of manually-operated electric carts for transporting Danish trolleys and/or people.

Trike series
The trike series is a series of electric three-wheelers in various strengths and construction sizes. The power of the engine is respectively 400, 1200 or 3000 Watt. There is a trike for you in the strength category you require whether you want to transport many or few trolleys or weights. Especially for Danish trolleys and CC containers is an extensive range of connectors available (see next page). The many available options make it possible to build the trike according to requirements.

H-Series
The H-series is a series of tugs in various strengths and construction sizes. The compact building method makes the H-series tugs ideally suitable for small areas.

The smallest model of both the Trike and the H-series is suitable for transporting Danish trolleys in a concrete U-path.

Turntable trailers
Metazet/FormFlex is also the place to be for tailor-made turntable trailers.

Clapper track
Especially for forcing bulbs in heavy crates, Metazet/FormFlex has developed the clapper track. This system provides a labour-friendly environment for processing heavy crates, reducing the physical effort required from employees and enabling them to process your products faster and more easily. The clappers will do the heavy work for you.

Accumulating roller tracks
Growers of pot plants are continuously expanding their product range. Not only are they growing many different colours, but different varieties of plants are often grown at the same company. Processing and sorting the different plants takes large amounts of time and is often physically tiring. Metazet/FormFlex has developed the accumulating roller tracks for this purpose: a system for light and easy plant sorting. A minimum of force will put the rollers into motion. They will then move along the load smoothly and powerfully, without crushing the trays.

MVDS
The Multi Variable Gutter System (MVDS) of Metazet/FormFlex is an automated system, suitable for crop gutters sideways. Depending on your crop and cultivation method, both the gutter type and the distance between gutters can vary. Since aisles between the gutters are no longer needed, the MVDS makes optimum use of the available space.
