Danish trolleys have been a staple in horticulture for decades, but slowly but surely they are also gaining ground in other industries.

Thanks to their great size and manoeverability, and the adjustable space between shelves, Danish trolleys are not only perfect to transport flowers and plants, but they can also be very handy to use as a large shopping cart, moving cart, storage container, mobile rack, or in combination with our writing boards en handles, or be used as a low-cost order picking cart.

The size of our standard Danish trolley is 135 cm by 56.5 cm, and the posts are 180 cm in length.
The undercarriage is completely galvanized (hot dip ), internally as well as externally.
The cheaper electro galvanized Danish trolley is not available from us by default, but can be obtained by request. Also available by request are the containers that are of the same quality as those from the container centrals.
The bottom plate is made of 5 mm thick poplar plywood.
The trolleys do not have a label or lock.

The HortiWrap is especially designed to replace manual wrapping of DC containers. With this machine you can start and finish with a flat wrapping. The overlap can be adjusted smoothly (the speed at which the roller moves up). You can still feed the sheets manually, so they won't get inbetween the posts. Thanks to its compact built it only occupies a work space of 0.8 x 1.2 meters. 
It's a very solid design and  comes with a 3 year full warranty. 

The control is manually, and the roll moves up mechanically. That's why the HortiWrap does not contain any sensitive electric elements or electric power.

The carts can be easily turned, and the entire cart wrapping process takes about 30 seconds. You may save up to 30% of the normal foil usage. You won't need any special wrapping for for this machine. You can machine roll single sided, use perforated foil or net foil, which you can also order from us as well.  

In combination with our transportation cart  the HortiWrap can be moved around very easily and manually. 

The HortiWrap comes with a frame that's suitable for Danish containers, and a post that 2.45 meters high. 
Frames for eurocontainers, roll containers of US containers are also available. For other sizes you can contact our Customer Service, for a solution that works for you.  

With our blocking disc you can easily secure your Danish trolley, auction cart or CC container. Once you put a caster in the hole of the disc, the cart can no longer move/roll away, and you can easily apply wrapping foil to the cart.

The blocking disc can be easily transported or placed thanks to the simple design. The bottom is equipped with anti-slip, and extra steel rings prevent it from sagging.

The water trays are designed to provide your plants and flowers on Danish trolleys with a layer of water, which makes them sellable longer. In combination with an easy water pump it is possible to provide your plants and flowers with water automatically, at a height you prefer.

Both sides have an overflow, where a hole can be made if necessary. This way, one side can serve as a water supply and the other side a drainage.
In combination with our irrigation mat, grate and faucet you can make the system complete.

It's made of thermoplastic synthetic materials with UV blockers. The material bends, but is very hard to break. The dimensions are 1258 x 555 x 52 and the plastic is 2mm thick. This is our best selling watering tray thanks to the great value for money

In a surprisingly simple way a standard CC container can be lifted and made mobile throughout the entire nursery. The cc container can now directly be moved to anywhere you need it. The Wipponcar does come in various wheel sizes for different surface types.
This way you can easily transport a Danish trolley over unpaved terrain or weed barriers

With the 'HortiDisplay' system you can easily adjust the shelves gradually. Your plants will be nicely presented this way, and your customer can get to them easily. It will also give your store a professional look. The fold out rack is also known as a tiered display.

The awning protects your plants and flowers from the sun and rain, and is available in various colors. It's also possible to print your own logo on the awning, for more information about this you can contact our Customer Service.

The HortiDisplay comes without a Danish under carriage, shelves or water trays, because most customers already have those.
It does come with:

- Two HortiDisplay posts (left and right)
- Two brackets for the awning
- 5 two rods to secure the awning.
- 1 awning

Stacking shelves has never been so easy! Within 30 seconds you can remove the posts on one side so that the shelves can be easily taken out. You can take them from the cart without putting any load on your back and shoulder, and it goes quicker too!! The shelves can be destacked on location, and remain mobile on the cart. The system is entirely hydrolic, and can be used up to 60 shelves per cart.

The shelf destacker is powder coated blue, and weighs 105 kilograms. The shelf destacker is equipped with wheels to make moving around and transporting easier. The dimensions are 900 x 780 x 1900 mm (LxWxH) so it doesn't need a lot of room.

For when that moment comes you have to ask your customers to take off their shoes, or put on their overshoes. This device provides an easy and professional solution. The use is simple:
Move your shoe forwards and then backwards and it will automatically get a hygenic cover.


The overshoe dispenser is a perfect device that provides your shoe with an overshoe.
