The blade cuts on both sides, mechanical weed control is more weather-independent than ever, allowing you to perform multiple operations in a single pass. WEEDELETE® hoeing machines are available as dual-function machines, mowing and hoeing in a single pass. This results in immediate time and cost savings.
The highly regarded hoeing system works shallowly and follows the soil, which is good for the soil structure and soil life. The machine is available in almost any working width with a fixed or adjustable working width.
One of the new techniques that make weed control more weather-independent are the mowing heads. These mowing heads can be easily attached to the hoe heads using a quick-change system. Conversion takes only five minutes. This makes it possible to control weeds even in extremely wet seasons.
HOEING AND MOWING IN ONE PASS
WEEDELETE® mowing and hoeing machines mow the grass track in the same pass as they hoe between the trees.
This machine combines the highly regarded WEEDELETE® hoeing principle with mowing. The hoe works shallowly and follows the soil contours, which is very important for soil life and soil structure.
The mower is available with a fixed or adjustable working width. The hoe heads can also be replaced with mowing heads to enable mechanical weed control even in wet years. The combination of mowing and hoeing saves time and fuel.

WEEDELETE® RS
HOEING MACHINE - This intra-row weeder hoes both between and in the rows of the trees. It also takes obstacles and drip hoses into account. (VIDEO )
Thanks to the WEEDELETE® RS, the removal of weeds in an ecologically responsible way is within reach. The hoeing machine is equipped with well-defined technical applications (patent pending) which make the WEEDELETE® RS unique in its kind.
To weed the weeds, the hoes rotate through the top layer of soil. Of course, this does not cause any damage to the crops.
The WEEDELETE® RS hoeing machine could easily be attached to a tractor. The machine functions optimally at low engine power. The WEEDELETE® RS also has a leveling effect. The hoeing machine is ground-following and has a good working speed. For optimal results, the depth control and working width can be adjusted steplessly.
Due to the shallow tillage, the soil remains solid in structure. This provides extra stability and is ideal when you want to drive a machine over the weeded ground layer.

Van Tuijl Innovations from Opheusden wins Oranje Trade Mission Fund 2025: recognition for rapid international growth
It's official: Van Tuijl Innovations from Opheusden is one of the winners of the Orange Trade Mission Fund 2025. This was announced by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), which recently presented the ten companies that will receive support for their international ambitions this year. For the machine manufacturer, the award is valuable recognition for the rapid rise of WEEDELETE® hoeing machines, which have gained ground worldwide in recent years.
From Opheusden to almost twenty countries
Whereas WEEDELETE® was still a regional innovation a few years ago, the machines are now used in nurseries in almost twenty countries. Demand comes mainly from companies looking for a reliable, chemical-free and scalable alternative to manual labour. In many crops, regulations on chemical crop protection are being tightened, while labour is becoming increasingly scarce and expensive. Mechanical weed control is therefore becoming an important part of the cultivation plan.
Operations Manager Martin van Tuijl sees the award as an important confirmation of this trend.
