Our innovation journey has included participation in well-known regional programmes, including recognition for our circular-design work (2024) and, most recently, a major milestone: on 18 June 2025, Mikskaar Miksgrow was named winner of the EIS Top Innovators programme for a solution that combines locally sourced, sustainable growing media with a smart, data-driven digital tool that improves production efficiency.
In March 2025, our next-generation production started ramping up—and on 5 June 2025 we celebrated the opening of our new factory where we produce fully peat-free growing media based on Estonian timber by-products, strengthening both our Mikskaar peat-based portfolio and our future-facing Miksgrow brand.
