Gardify Solutions is presenting a key innovation for the point of sale: from now on, both employees and customers can access comprehensive plant information directly via QR or EAN codes - without installing an app, directly in their smartphone browser.

The new solution makes the POS digital, fast, and reliable:

  • Instant access to variety information, care instructions, location requirements, videos, and seasonal tips.
  • Live care calendar with automatic frost and watering alerts.
  • Ideal for employees for consultation and training.
  • Ideal for customers to get information immediately at the shelf.

Another new feature is the option to use stationary consultation terminals with an integrated printing function. This allows you to do the following on site:

  • Provide care instructions or variety information as a printout for customers
  • Generate QR codes for further content
  • Provide individualized information sheets directly at the POS

New app-based solution for garden centers and nurseries to be unveiled at IPM 2026

Together with Thomas Hilberg from Marburger Gartencenter, Baumschule Schwab, and terminal manufacturer Koke, an innovative solution for digital sales support in plant sales for the green industry is currently being developed. The partners are pooling their technical, horticultural, and practical expertise to develop a system that will ensure expert information on plants and thus provide sustainable support for sales success at the point of sale.

The premiere is already planned: the new solution will be presented for the first time at the IPM in Essen in January 2026. Trade visitors will be able to get an impression of the expanded possibilities on site and will probably already be able to test the system live.
