Suspended mobile single rail irrigation boom, featuring a trolley with a boom running on eight wheels with ball bearings, for more smooth sliding of the hoses, less long-term wear of the components resulting in less maintenance.
10-metre extension width with excellent operational stability.
All our irrigation booms allow customised programming with inter-zone irrigation cycles: the number of steps and speed of the irrigation boom can be quickly and individually configured.
For the production cycle, this customisation results in considerable savings of time and the natural resources used, while maximising the final result.
AUTOMATIC TRANSPLANTERS UP TO 80 GRIPPERS ON DOUBLE ROW – up to 56.000 plants/hour
RW64 robotic transplanter for the transplanting of young seedlings from one container to another. It works with individually programmable wireless grippers, to better adapt to all types of trays on the market.
The RW64 transplanting machine uses up to 80 grippers on double row, with a maximum working width of 2100 mm. Continuous tray feeding system.
Robotic transplanters are the best choice to reduce production times and labour costs and as well as increasing the uniformity and quality of the finished product.
AUTOMATIC TRAY WASHER WITH MODULAR COMPOSITION – up to 600 trays/hour
The LAV10 automatically washes and disinfects trays and containers in general, of various shapes and sizes.
Once positioned at the entrance to the machine, the containers advance inside it automatically, by means of the support belt that runs on the bottom. In the washing chamber, the containers containers are water sprayed by high pressure nozzles: it can be easily removed to facilitate cleaning and, if necessary, for replacement.
After washing with water, the containers can move through an additional treatment to eliminate any pathogenic factors: they can be treated with chemicals, suitably diluted, or with UV lamps, capable of eliminating photosensitive bacteria. In both cases, all that is required is integration of the standard model with the treatment tunnel.
Additionally, when connected to an input feed belt and an output accumulation belt, the automatic tray-washer can be transformed into a complete and autonomous WASHING LINE, with great results in terms of production and efficiency.
TO LOAD CONTAINERS ON SHELVES - AUTOMATIC TROLLEYS LOADER
IT WORKS WITH STANDARD TROLLEYS AND FRAMES – up to 250 cycles*/hour
The CARICATORECC is an automatic system for handling and loading trays and containers on the shelves of standard CC trolleys (Danish trolleys), but also on non-standard trolleys as well as on customised racks.
It is also able to work with large growing benches: it places the containers inside them directly or using a suitably sized intermediate storage platform.
When integrated into a working line or inserted in a cultivation system with pallets that run along tracks, this machine is able to maximise the efficiency of your greenhouse, for an increasingly technological and innovative cultivation future.
AUTOMATIC LABELLING MACHINE WITH TAMP BLOW APPLICATOR – up to 2.400 labels/hour
The EAC labelling machine prints and applies labels with a tamp blow applicator.
The fast movement of its pneumatic cylinder allows to work both with static or moving containers and can be inserted in a working line or combined with a single distribution machine for the preparation of containers for the subsequent phases. Ideal for labelling of containers ejected from the destacker.
Suitable for both small and large productions; the labelling machine can be customised according to requirements and can work with both blanck labels and pre-printed labels, controlled by PC or integrated touch-screen panel.
TRAY FILLERS FOR INDIVIDUAL POTS – up to 400 liters/minute
The range of Urbinati soil fillers is enriched with a new high-performance machine: is the automatic filler for pots, trays and pack called RGV. Core of this machine is the soil elevator: its large size allows to process a huge flow of soil, while the double chain of the elevation system, sturdy and galvanized, minimizes maintenance operations over time, preserving and getting longer the machine efficiency.
With a flow rate up to 400 liters/minute, the RGV allows you to quickly and uniformly fill containers up to 450 mm in height, and to set density and final compaction of the soil inside them thanks to the longitudinal rotor drop system made up by 4 blades. Electromechanical machine operation, with the possibility of installing PLC for complete remote management.
The RGV filler also has an efficient system for recovering the excess soil that allows it to be put back into circulation for over 80%: this feature, combined with the large hourly production and the reduced maintenance required, make this machine a guarantee in terms of optimization of time and resources.
DRUM SEEDING LINE – up to 650 trays/hour
The LAMBDA65 and LAMBDA65C drum seeding lines are modular lines capable of sowing up to 650 containers per hour. They are suitable for all types of trays: polystyrene, thermoformed and rigid injection molded plastic. Depending on the used type, a distributor is available that allows the automatic insertion of empty containers in the line.
The tray filler of these lines guarantees excellent coverage uniformity for all the cells and the ability to adjust the final density of the soil.
The main feature of the LAMBDA lines lies in the seeding module of the SEMLAMBDA65 drum seeder: the containers advance on the PVC conveyor belt while the creation of the hole and sowing of the seeds are controlled electronically in a completely synchronised manner.
The key feature the SEMLAMBDA65 seeder is the possibility of installing up to 3 sowing drums in the same machine: this flexibility means being able to sow three different varieties of seeds at the same time and, therefore, speed up the multiple seeding process.
Thanks to the powerful suction system of its drums, the LAMBDA seeding lines adapt to all varieties of seeds, both naked and covered, from the smallest to the largest.
Finally, the covering and watering unit complete the seeding cycle, while the stacking unit, with the balance stacker, sorts the newly seeded containers in orderly stacks to make it easier to extract or palletise them.
Each component of the machines is designed and built to improve the work of the operators, reduce maintenance and speed up seed changeover operations.
