The pots, available with a diameter of 10 or 14 cm, feature numerous drainage holes, perfect destacking properties and a grey colour. The latter is a characteristic feature of the entire range made from recycled plastic. The grey colour results from the colour mixture of recycled and extruded PET. It not only adds value to the product but also makes it easier to identify in recycling sorting centres.
The HortiPack range of growing and transport trays comprises over 50 models made from R-PET (recycled PET) or PS (polystyrene), with or without punched holes in the base for water supply and drainage.
The R-PET trays are just as sturdy as the PS plant carriers. Many models can be mechanically destacked.
The product line offers trays for pots with a diameter of 3.5 to 17 cm.
A special series of planters for succulents is also available.
ILIP propagation trays are suitable for sowing vegetable and flower plants and are compatible with most of the sowing lines on the market and guarantee a good root system. The range includes models with different sizes and versions. Other versions available on request. The available colours are grey for R-PET and black for PS.
The product range includes a wide selection of carriers with 6, 8 and 10 positions for packs, available in standard or with labelling options, in grey, black, or customised colours on request. ILIP also manufactures tailor-made models in R-PET or PS, designed to meet specific production requirements. The R-PET used is fully traceable, thanks to a recycling and extrusion chain.
Among the key innovations in the Hortipack line are the pre-cut packs, developed to increase efficiency and sustainability during sales and transport. Available in configurations such as 3+3+3 or split into 6+6, they offer maximum flexibility at retail level, allowing operators to adapt quickly to changing market demands. The pre-cut design enables individual modules to be separated with light pressure, ensuring fast and user-friendly handling.
Another notable innovation is the range of single-cell packs, compatible with 8- and 10-position carriers and ideal for soil-block propagation or cat-grass cultivation. These packs are offered in different heights and with labelling options, ensuring versatility and seamless integration into the carrier system.
All Hortipack packs are available in PS or R-PET, in standard or custom colours.

We recover secondary raw materials and avoid a corresponding amount of virgin PET.
